Terms of Service

The service is provided by Fabl Design LLC, organized in the State of Tennessee. You can reach us at communications@fablarchitecture.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

The service is billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. The rate shown at signup is locked for 12 months from your signup date. After that period, your subscription renews at the then-current rate.

You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a payment fails, we may pause or end service until it is resolved.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately and access to the service ends at that point.

Payments are not refundable and not pro-rated, including the month in progress and any prior months.

• One active design request at a time.
• Reasonable revisions on that active request.
• A simple marketing website design for your company — pages, project showcase, and lead-generation forms.
• Additional Creative Studio offers may be added over time at our discretion.

• Content creation — copywriting, photography, or video.
• Web applications, custom software, or complex integrations.
• Ongoing hosting or maintenance unless separately agreed.
• Third-party fees such as domains, hosting, stock media, or fonts.

You provide content, images, brand materials, and timely feedback. Work on a request pauses while we are waiting on your input, and paused time does not extend or pause billing.

You confirm you have the rights to any materials you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

This service is for builders and construction-industry professionals only. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a subscription if the account is not used for a builder-related business.

Once your account is in good standing and payment is current, you own the final delivered design for your business. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, and working files, and we may show the completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

You agree that Fabl Design LLC may be mentioned and linked as the designer of the website in subtle spots, such as the footer. This credit is lightweight and does not change your ownership of the delivered design.

We will do our best to assist with the transfer of any domains, accounts, hosting, or deliverables to you or your chosen provider. However, successful transfer of ownership is not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays, failures, or restrictions imposed by third-party providers, registrars, or platforms.

"Reasonable revisions" and request volume are judged at our reasonable discretion. We may decline requests that are out of scope, abusive, unlawful, or that amount to work for a business other than the subscribing company.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers, and continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, rankings, or leads.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
