Privacy

• Account information — your email address and password credentials.
• Subscription records — your plan status, locked rate, renewal dates, and payment processor identifiers.
• Project materials — content, images, and brand assets you send us to complete your design requests.
• Messages you send us by email or through the site.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and payment credentials are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers — we only keep the customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage your plan.

We use your information solely to deliver and support the service you subscribe to: authenticating your account, billing your subscription, completing your design requests, and contacting you about your account.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

We rely on a small set of providers to run the service: our application and database hosting platform (which stores your account and subscription records), Stripe for payments, and email delivery for account notifications. They process data on our behalf.

We keep account and subscription records while your account exists and for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. You can delete your account at any time from the account settings page, or email us at communications@fablarchitecture.com and we will remove your data.
